Methodology Telephone survey. All responses are weighted. Respondents who have not answered a particular question are excluded from the analysis. Only respondents who had used a service were asked their level of satisfaction with that service. Satisfied = very or fairly satisfied, Dissatisfied = very or fairly dissatisfied
